Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

At Sculpt, we deeply value your time—and ours. To ensure we can provide the best experience for every client, we kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

New Clients

A 30% cancellation fee will be applied for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Existing Clients

If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, or if you no-show, one session will be forfeited from your treatment package.

Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens and delays can occur. That said, to stay on schedule for all clients:

  • Arrivals 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule.

  • Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will result in forfeiture of the session from your prepaid package.
